Originally from Mexico, I came to the United States in 1992 when I was 19. I started working in the food industry since then, washing dishes like many of us do when the language its an obstacle. I worked in different restaurants, performing all kinds of jobs but learning as much as I could. Once I learned the language taking English as a second language, I decided to get my degree on Culinary Arts at Kendall college in Chicago and  Graduated in 2010. Since then, I have been working in many restaurants and had the pleasure to learn from the best chefs. The time has come and after gathering knowledge from all of them  I decided to create my own business on catering.

With over 20 years of experience, I have created this website to provide you with a great options and a opportunity to experiment a whole new level of food!
